Alyssa K. Jerde
Alyssa K. Jerde is an attorney at Ward & Oehler, Ltd. Her practice areas include estate planning, probate, farm and business law, real estate, and guardianship/conservatorship.
Alyssa received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in January 2017. In addition to her J.D., Alyssa completed certificate programs in Law and Business, International Business Negotiation, and Advocacy and Problem Solving. Alyssa received her Bachelor of Arts Degree, magna cum laude, from Winona State University in 2013.
Alyssa is active in civic and professional organizations, including: Legal Assistance of Olmsted County Board of Directors (June 2018 – Present; Secretary October 2019 – Present), ExercisAbilities Board of Directors (January 2018 – July 2019), the Olmsted County Bar Association, the Third District Bar Association (2017-2018 President), the Minnesota State Bar Association, Women Attorneys of Rochester (Chair), and Legal Assistance of Olmsted County Volunteer Attorney Program (2019 New Volunteer Attorney of the Year Award). Alyssa is also a Qualified Neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice and volunteers as a community mediator with Mediation & Conflict Solutions in Rochester, Minnesota.
